It was an excellent experience. Jeff came in and did a valuation of the property and then pitched his perspective and his pricing strategy backed by market data. He showed that a lot of people in our town price high and get themselves into a situation where potential buyer come in lower but we decided to price right at market and let the market drive the price upwards. We got 6% above asking price and it was sold by the end of the 5 days! He did an excellent job!
